In order to port your numbers, please email our support team with the following:

A signed request and scanned letter of authorization.
A copy of your recent phone bills.
A list of your phone numbers that you want to port, with the destination phone number each number should forward to.

Throughout the entire process your numbers will remain active and our support team will supply you with an estimated time of port. Once your phone number has been ported, it can be configured just like any other tracking phone number you have on your Clixtell account.
